it can wait.

in high school, i was constantly telling people "don't text & drive!"
i would stand up for it. i would even go to conferences with the police department.
now, it's sort of like a
"everyone does it. i'm not going to make a difference."
i have a few friends who are the worst drivers simply because they text & drive.
i don't necessarily want to say anything because that might come across as rude.
is any text worth your life?
but watch this video.
if it doesn't make you think twice about texting & driving,
i don't know what will.

  1. I 100% agree with spreading the word. When I started dated my boyfriend he was a texter while driving and I insisted and pushed until he stopped. Thank goodness!

  2. I used to text while I drove. Now that I'm toting a four month old in the back seat, no way. I definitely should have stopped earlier. I probably quite lucky I never got in an accident.

  6. i'm definitely right there with you on this. two friends of mine were killed in a car accident because the driver was texting on the highway, so i am very much against using cell phones in the car. i won't even talk on mine and drive! good for you for posting this. you always know exactly what to say!

  10. I needed to watch this. I text and drive. ALL THE TIME. And I know it's so bad. But now that I watched this, I won't do it anymore. All of these stories were so sad. I don't wanna end up like one of those people they are talking about. Thanks for this girl. You are a life saver for doing this post. I am gonna borrow this and post it in my Friday Letters for tomorrow.
